Submitting oral / poster abstract
Each presenter has a 20-minute time slot for each all-inclusive presentation: 15 min of presentation + 5 min for questions and discussion. Please respect your colleagues: watch your speaking time and keep to the schedule in order to guarantee a fluent program flow.
The conference room will be equipped with a laptop running Microsoft Windows 7-10 and Microsoft Office (including PowerPoint) connected to a projector and presentation screen. A remote slide changer and laser pointer will be provided. We will NOT support Mac formats and you will NOT be permitted to use your own laptop, tablet, or powerbook. We suggest that you bring your presentation on a USB thumb drive in PDF or PPT format. To avoid compatibility issues among different versions of PowerPoint, we recommend that you avoid using fancy animation effects.
You should be sure that your presentation is loaded onto the computer well before the start of your session. To ensure better connectivity of presentations, we invite you to ensure the loading of your presentation before the beginning of each session.
The maximum dimensions allowed for posters are 1189 mm (46.8 inches) wide by 841 mm (33.1 inches) tall (A0 Format). Pins and poster boards will be provided.
Each poster session will display the posters related to the themes of the oral sessions discussed on the same day.
Each author is responsible for the display and the removal of their poster. Please make sure your poster is posted before the beginning of each session and do not forget to collect it at the end of the day. Otherwise they will be removed and discarded.
